Ronit Rana – The Mind Behind Wintox Studio and a New Era of Talent

In a world full of content creators and digital noise, standing out requires more than just talent—it takes vision, persistence, and the courage to start over. Meet
Ronit Rana, better known as Ronnie—a young filmmaker, video editor, and founder of Wintox Studio, who’s making quiet waves in India’s creative industry.

Hailing from Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, and born on May 17, 2000, in Putligarh, Amritsar, Ronit’s story is one of passion meeting purpose.

A Creative Spark from the Start

Ronit’s early life was shaped by curiosity, visuals, and storytelling. After completing his 10th grade in 2017 and 12th in 2019, he followed his creative instincts and joined the Brilliko Institute of Multimedia, where he completed a two-year diploma in Animation. This is where his relationship with digital storytelling truly began.

But for Ronit, editing wasn’t just a skill—it became a calling. What started as a teenage hobby quickly turned into a professional craft. With over 8 years of experience in video editing, Ronit has developed a keen eye for pacing, emotion, and narrative flow.

 Learning from the Best

Early in his career, Ronit landed a key role as the Social Media Editor for Mr. Charanjit Singh Channi, the former Chief Minister of Punjab. It was a big responsibility, and he handled it with maturity well beyond his years.

He later joined T-Series, one of India’s leading music labels, as an Assistant Video Editor, working behind the scenes on major productions. It was here he earned his Filmmaking Certification, sharpening both his technical and creative skills.

His political content experience continued as he worked with Mr. Shankey Thukral, an MLA candidate from Himachal Pradesh, handling campaign visuals and digital strategy.

In 2023, Ronit completed a 45-day internship at Netflix, giving him first-hand exposure to global filmmaking standards, workflow precision, and storytelling at scale. This experience broadened his vision for what’s possible.

Wintox Studio: Built from Scratch, Rebuilt with Purpose

In May 2022, Ronit launched his dream venture: Wintox Studio. The goal was clear—to create a space where new and unheard artists could showcase their talent. But like many first-time ventures, the road wasn’t smooth. Due to internal team issues, the studio didn’t take off as planned.

But Ronit didn’t stop there. In 2024, he took matters into his own hands and restarted Wintox Studio independently, this time as Founder, CEO, and Director, based in Punjab.

Today, Wintox Studio is slowly but surely becoming a platform for fresh talent—singers, filmmakers, editors, and creatives looking for their first break.

 His Debut & Creative Projects

Ronit’s official debut as a director came with the music video “Yaari Vs Saheli”, a story-driven song that reflects modern friendships and emotional conflicts. The video was well-received and marked the beginning of many more original projects to come.

·  Music videos

·  Social content for brands and public figures

·  Personal storytelling and passion projects

Each piece he touches carries his signature—raw emotion, clean visuals, and authentic storytelling.

 Balancing Corporate & Creative Life

Today, Ronit balances his creative world with the corporate one. He works full-time at Forge Auto International Limited as an SCM Executive and Social Media Editor, where he combines content strategy with operational insight. It’s a rare mix—and it gives him an edge.

 What Drives Him

Ronit isn’t just about creating content—he’s about creating opportunities. His long-term vision is to support undiscovered, passionate talent—especially those from smaller towns who lack access to the mainstream industry.

“There’s so much raw talent out there. They just need the right stage. That’s what I want Wintox to be—a launchpad, not just a studio.”
