The core proposition Winsmart offers is both simple and impactful: by onboarding fresh candidates as apprentices, companies can avail themselves of up to ₹54,000 per year per apprentice directly from the Government of India in the form of stipend reimbursement. In addition to this, employers save substantially on statutory compliance costs, such as Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and other labor welfare contributions which are not applicable to apprentices under the Apprenticeship Act. This results in a total annual saving of up to ₹1 lakh per employee—a crucial advantage for cost-conscious MSMEs.

BVG is an authorized Third-Party Aggregator (TPA) for the implementation of the Government's Apprenticeship Schemes, making them a trusted and capable partner in the ecosystem.
Through this collaboration, Winsmart offers end-to-end apprenticeship services—from candidate mobilization and documentation to onboarding, training facilitation, and compliance reporting. This enables companies, particularly those without large HR departments, to adopt these government schemes without operational headaches.
Rapid Early Success
Though just a few months into its journey, Winsmart has already signed Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with 10 companies, reflecting the immediate value proposition it brings to the table. The company’s services are not limited by geography—they are designed to serve clients PAN India, especially in sectors like logistics, retail, healthcare, hospitality, facility management, and business process outsourcing (BPO), which are ideal for apprentice-based staffing models.

Despite the clear benefits, industry awareness of apprenticeship schemes remains alarmingly low, particularly among smaller enterprises and service-sector businesses. According to Mr. Pawar, “One of our biggest challenges—and also our biggest opportunities—is to spread awareness. Most entrepreneurs either don’t know about the scheme or assume it’s too complicated to implement. That’s where Winsmart steps in.”
To address this gap, Winsmart has launched a nationwide awareness initiative, conducting seminars, webinars, and one-on-one consultations with HR heads and business owners. Mr. Parag Pawar brings over 18 years of rich industry experience, having served as the Senior Vice President at MITCON Consultancy & Engineering Services Ltd., a leading organization in consultancy, training, and project development. He was also the Founding Director of MITCON Forum for Social Development, a not-for-profit Section 8 company focused on social initiatives and employment generation.
His track record demonstrates a consistent commitment to skilling, CSR-based employment, and the creation of sustainable livelihoods for India’s youth. At Winsmart, he has assembled a core team of seven professionals, primarily MBA graduates from premier institutions, with diverse experience across HR services, recruitment, compliance, and training.
Funding and Growth Outlook
Despite being in its early stages, Winsmart Solutions has attracted initial funding of ₹18 lakh and achieved a pre-revenue valuation of ₹1.2 crore, underlining strong investor confidence in its business model and market potential. The funds are being deployed strategically to build digital infrastructure, expand client outreach, and strengthen operational capabilities.
